• the truth of the data and accuracy of the photos in the apartment listing, for which the owner is held responsible;

• the condition of the property, furnishings, equipment and general contents, as no inspectors are available to check this.

Smart Home, however, certifies the apartment and personally:

• takes the photographs

• enters the data and photos into the listings

• ensures correct usage, via front desk, cleaning and maintenance services
