  The monthly rate covers the apartment rental and free use of a parking space. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required, as is payment for final cleaning upon vacating the apartment. Utilities, building service charges, and any other items not specifically mentioned are considered extra.

Location surrounded by greenery, near the train station that connects us to ROMA TERMINI in just 20 minutes and 7 km from Ciampino Airport. There is free private parking and video surveillance, self service laundry for a fee, Wi-Fi wireless internet, digital terrestrial TV system. Silence and tranquility are our characteristics. Pavona’s area has supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, sports centres, health facilities  (N.O.C.),  and places of interest such as: Castel Gandolfo  18-hole Golf course (1.8 km). Lake of Castel Gandolfo (3.5 km), where the Pope’s Summer Residence stands, bathing resorts, centres for the hire of rowing boats, windsurf, fishing equipment and mountain bikes.
